Other than the Captain, only the charter company that the head charterer booked the charter through will see the guests preference sheets.

If the yacht has a central charter agent and the charter is booked through a retail broker the retail broker will be able to see the preference sheets and the central charter agent will not.

Yes preferences can be updated at any time. However please consider that the yacht will be preparing for the charter a week or more in advance.

The more lead time the yacht has to purchase or organize your preferences the more likely your preferences will be available for you during the charter.

Yes, the system will ask if you have saved your preferences previously. If you click YES you will need to enter some exact details like passport number, email address, first and last name and answer a security question to retrieve your previously saved preference sheets.
